About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team in Australia. In this role, you will represent Square's brand in Australia and help develop and deploy our Australian strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market plans to drive business growth.
  • Build and grow deep relationships with external partners.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle, from sourcing to signing and managing partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships development, product management, or partnerships experience.
  • Experience evaluating opportunities and managing complex deals and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong relationships with external parties and experience working with executives and senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and set clear milestones and goals.
