Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, pick, and cross-check orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food products.
  • Operate a truck safely to undertake multi-drop deliveries, adhering to company protocols and regulations.
  • Hand-unload food products, including chilled and frozen items, to customers, and handle cash transactions as necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of our valued customers.

Key Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid MR truck license or higher, with experience in multi-drop route driving.
  • Possess a forklift license, with a preference for high-reach experience.
  • Have cold storage experience and be physically able to load/unload containers and delivery vehicles.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
