Is this the role for you?

You'll be responsible for organizing clients' devices and software for installation, relocation, or collection. You'll process dealer orders for machines, peripherals, and spare parts. Additionally, you'll engage with internal and external stakeholders as needed and contribute to producing regular revenue forecasts for your team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with sales account managers and customers to gather necessary information and validate its accuracy before implementing products and services.
  • Conduct assessments on customer accounts, contracts, billing, arrears, and payouts, working with relevant business units to understand company policies and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Utilize strong scheduling skills to schedule logistics, technical services, and activities required to fulfill orders successfully.
  • FOLLOW approved policy, process, systems, and procedures to progress orders and schedule necessary steps.
  • Demonstrate sound planning, commitment to meet agreed timelines, proactive resolution of incidents, management of scheduling changes, and professional communication of problems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet forecasts and initiate accurate billing with customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date records with clear, concise communication and notation.
  • Identify, respond, and resolve incidents arising during the process.
  • Provide training and support to your team as needed.
