About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Buying Manager to oversee the operational execution of our buying strategy for Accessories. About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in management, buying, or merchandising with a proven track record of delivering successful buying strategies in a fast-paced retail or omnichannel environment
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute buying strategies that align with business goals and market trends
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, including revenue, margin, and inventory management, to drive profitable buying decisions
  • Strong understanding of customer preferences, leveraging data-driven insights to create product assortments that resonate with target audiences
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Product Construction and has proven expertise in delivering margin KPI's of profitable product assortments
  • Proven track record of training and developing buying talent
