About the Role

As a key member of Prezzee's Agile Delivery team, this role plays a vital part in driving our company's continued growth and success.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team, with a strong background in agile methodologies and experience in coaching teams in self-organization, cross-collaboration, and identifying impediments to progress.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching Teams: Work closely with other Scrum Masters to coach self-organizing teams in solving complex problems and delivering product enhancements.
  • Maintaining the Product Backlog: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a healthy product backlog, aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Facilitating Scrum Events: Lead daily stand-ups, planning, review, and retrospective sessions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Supporting Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging the team to adopt new approaches and best practices.
The Ideal Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master; Applied knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, and Extreme Programming;
  • Cross-Collaboration Skills: Experience in coaching teams in self-organization, cross-collaboration, and identifying impediments to progress;
  • Approachability and Adaptability: Ability to adopt and explain approaches from various complementary practices and methodologies;
  • Software Development Knowledge: Knowledge of software development processes and procedures;
  • Continuous Learning: Proven application of Continuous Testing, TDD, Automated Testing, and Agile Games;
  • Team Player: A passion for teamwork, customer-centricity, and positive thinking.
