About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Digital Product Development Manager who can lead the analysis and development of our products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and business goals. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Analysing strategic, competitive, client and market issues to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
  • Preparing and presenting strategic analysis, findings, and recommendations to senior management;
  • Contributing to product development and implementation, including new product launches and enhancements;
  • Building and maintaining relationships across the organisation, including sales teams, marketing, and operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Three years' related work experience in a similar field;
  • A strong understanding of the Australian super and adviser industry; and
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
