Our business development team is seeking an experienced Bids Coordinator to lead the national strategy, manage projects and collaborate with marketing teams.

This pivotal role involves driving end-to-end project management of bid submissions, creating compelling content, and ensuring timely delivery. You will be responsible for managing multiple workflows, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bid Management
  • Create and curate creative content for pitches, presentations, and submissions using Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint
  • Drive and coordinate divisional marketing plans with the centralised marketing team, managing annual marketing calendars and associated content
  • Develop and distribute client-specific social media content and prepare market-worthy PR content for storytelling
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Demonstrated experience in bid and pitch management, including creating compelling content and materials
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multi-layered projects, prioritise workflows, and meet tight deadlines under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and advanced written communication, spelling, and grammar skills
