**About Your Role**

As part of our Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, our Protected Vehicles team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We are very proud of everything we do in support of both the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms as we all work together towards our Purpose in Building A Future We Can All Trust.

- Providing specialist direction and guidance to a portfolio of bid/project teams to achieve business outcomes
- Strategically leading the development of high quality and competitive bid offers
- Ensuring the portfolio objectives in relation to performance, growth and reputation are exceeded
- Supporting our Sales and Marketing team to pursue and secure future opportunities
- Adherence to, and improvement of, the Thales Bids and Project Management Governance framework

**About You**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with significant experience in a similar Bid / Project / Program Management position/s at a senior level
- Strong technical knowledge and proven leadership experience in effectively leading Bid or Projects teams
- An influencer who can leverage technical knowledge, mentor others and achieve outcomes through people
- Demonstrated ability to form key stakeholder relationships, while driving change and continuous improvement that has an impact on the strategic success of the organisation
- Those with IPMA Certification (or the ability to obtain) will be viewed favourably, as will those with Defence industry (ASDEFCON) experience
