The Star Grand is seeking an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to lead front office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure seamless service delivery upon check-in and during guests' stay.
- Manage loyalty programs and affiliated initiatives.
- Distribute guest comment cards to relevant departments and respond to guests when required.
- Assist with personnel planning, including recruitment, rostering, training, and development of the team.
- Proven leadership experience in a similar luxury hospitality role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with property management systems.
- Flexibility and availability, including evenings and weekends.
