Job Summary

The Star Grand is seeking an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to lead front office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless service delivery upon check-in and during guests' stay.
  • Manage loyalty programs and affiliated initiatives.
  • Distribute guest comment cards to relevant departments and respond to guests when required.
  • Assist with personnel planning, including recruitment, rostering, training, and development of the team.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar luxury hospitality role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • A keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with property management systems.
  • Flexibility and availability, including evenings and weekends.
