Lead Front Office Team to Deliver Unforgettable Guest Experiences

As a Front Office Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional service with a smile. Manage a seamless check-in and check-out process, focusing on innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Front Office Team to achieve peak moments for guests
  • Create welcoming environments and memorable experiences for both guests and team members
  • Drive guest service initiatives across the Front Office Team
  • Empower team members to exceed expectations for our guests
  • Coach and mentor Guest Service Agents and Assistant Managers to grow their careers
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Kitchen & Housekeeping on operations and projects
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in a small to medium-sized property
  • Roster and Revenue Management skills preferred
  • Understanding of hotel property management systems
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility to work across morning and afternoon shifts and weekends
  • Ability to train and mentor the team
  • Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid/CPR certificate
