We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Professional to join our dynamic team. This exceptional opportunity is perfect for passionate and driven individuals who want to excel in sales.
The primary focus of this role is securing new business in the professional services market. To ensure success, you will be trained and mentored by industry experts and work collaboratively with a talented team who support each other and share a passion for innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and acquiring new clients
- Increasing sales velocity and expanding client reach
- Developing and scoping new growth opportunities with current and prospective clients
- M Maximizing product utilization and upselling across the product range
- Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets
- Providing clients with post-sales implementation training and ongoing account management
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) that can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, with a flexible hybrid work-from-home/office arrangement. Benefits include a competitive remuneration package, uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits program.
