The Role

This is an opportunity to disrupt a market, influence product vision, and contribute to not-for-profits worldwide.

  • Develop and deliver the full sales journey from lead generation to successful onboarding and utilisation of our software.
  • Provide leadership and escalation support to the customer support team.
  • Support key customers to onboard and utilise our software to achieve organisational goals.
  • Contribute to the broader product vision, providing feedback based on sales and support experience, data, and insights.
  • Manage direct reports' priorities, providing strong leadership and mentoring, and identifying training and development needs.
Requirements

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced organisation in a sales position selling a digital product.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated sales experience and evidence of achieving strong growth outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, tracking mechanisms, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Good knowledge of the full marketing and communications suite and the tactics required to enable sales.
  • Ability to manage expectations and deliverables of multiple stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for the cause or not-for-profits.
