We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Property Claims Specialist to manage property claims from end to end.
This role involves working across a diverse portfolio of customers, assessing and managing property claims accurately in accordance with industry regulations and company policies. You will be responsible for handling claims efficiently within agreed workflow timeframes and service level agreements (SLAs), proactively managing claim lifecycles through diary management and vendor coordination, and responding to customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements- At least 3–5 years of experience in property claims handling.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to adapt communication to different customer groups.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven time management and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing property claims from start to finish, ensuring accurate assessments and timely resolutions.
