Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as experience in customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of working experience in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles and IP protocols.
  • Experience with software tools for diagnosing and solving technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and passport.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% for field engineering assignments.
Technical Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent administration and troubleshooting knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Experience working with video security systems over IP and access control.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and TCP/IP protocol stack.
  • Understanding of network storage principles and server virtualization concepts.
