Technical Support Engineering Leadership Role

This senior leadership position oversees and architects a fast-growing global team, providing strategy for technical support engineering. The successful candidate will manage, develop, and mentor teams of support engineers.

The team shares technical expertise with customers through ongoing guidance, presentations, evaluations, and demos. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of support engineers, who in turn manage teams of technical support engineers.

You will partner with directors and senior leaders on strategic initiatives at scale, ensuring the successful onboarding and development of technical support engineers. You will also oversee all projects and initiatives within the region and functional area, collaborating cross-functionally to implement operational improvements.

  • Experience working in a support engineering organization is required.
  • Self-motivated, detail-attentive individuals are ideal candidates.
  • High EQ and soft skills are necessary for success in this role.
