Sales and Relationship Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Relationship Development Manager to join our team at People Equity. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing client relationships and accounts within the electrical trade industry.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads across wholesalers and open new accounts/branches to drive sales growth and loyalty
- Maintain and build strong existing relationships to increase new accounts, purchasing frequency, and value
- Develop and execute regionally and/or customer-specific promotional campaigns to drive engagement and sales
- Set daily agendas and execute sales plans to track growth and opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues and sales teams to identify and grow revenue opportunities within your territory
- Strong foundation of sales and/or brand activation experience in the trade industry
- Passion for sales and the trade industry, with a focus on developing new business and growing existing accounts
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work well within a small team
- Customer-focused, excellent communication skills, and a thirst for results
- Exceptional professional relationship-building skills and strong commercial acumen
- Ability to confidently provide the 'pitch' and back yourself at every turn
- Identify opportunities with innovative solutions and converse/present to all levels
- Professionally mature, inspiring confidence, commercial, and motivated by driving a customer-led agenda
- Sound judgment in anticipating challenges, problem-solving, and seeking resources to resolve issues
