Cubic Transportation Systems (Australia) Pty Limited seeks an experienced and skilled Global HR Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role will provide strategic HR support to the business, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.

Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partnering: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on employment-related matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. This includes creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and developing succession plans.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. This may include training programs, recognition schemes, and wellness initiatives.
  • Organizational Development: Work closely with senior leaders to identify and address organizational gaps, develop strategies for improvement, and implement change management initiatives.
  • HR Systems: Manage and maintain HR systems, including Workday, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on employee data, payroll, and benefits.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes providing guidance on employment law, managing disciplinary procedures, and investigating grievances.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR systems, and project management principles.
