Job Title: Enterprise Loyalty Advocate Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced team leader to lead our Enterprise Loyalty Advocates in APAC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing, motivating, and leading high-performing teams.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for improving customer retention rates, promoting platform cloud migrations, and driving user expansion for our Enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Develop, motivate, and lead the Enterprise Loyalty Advocate team in APAC.
  2. Customer Retention: Improve customer retention rates through effective account management strategies.
  3. Platform Migrations: Promote platform cloud migrations to enhance customer experience.
  4. User Expansion: Drive user expansion for our Enterprise customers by identifying new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in management roles, preferably in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales teams.
  • Proven track record of aligning and implementing regional team strategy.
  • Experience with change management and implementing better approaches to address opportunities.
  • Strong coaching and development skills, ideally with experience as a manager.
  • Experience with channel-driven renewals in the APAC region.
