Drive Loyalty and Engagement

As a key player in shaping our member experience, you'll have a pivotal role in crafting impactful content across various channels.

You'll work at the intersection of storytelling, UX writing, and strategy to build engagement and drive value across our platforms, including apps, websites, social media, videos, retail, and communications.

  • Develop engaging content that increases awareness and drives participation in our loyalty program.
  • Produce and optimise in-app experiences and micro-copy tailored to our members' needs.
  • Support initiatives including campaigns, promotions, launches, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, brand-aligned content that is accessible, in plain English, and SEO and AI-optimised.
  • Champion the HCF tone of voice and content standards across all formats and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that's member-centric and measurable.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in content, communications or digital marketing, ideally in a regulated industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or a related field.
  • Strong skills in UX writing, editing, digital publishing, and content optimisation, with experience using CMS platforms.
