Transport Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transport resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Coordinate dispatch operations and guarantee accurate freight consignment.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive a culture of safety excellence and uphold industry-leading safety standards.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including delivery times and freight traceability.
  • Supervise inbound/outbound logistics and reverse supply chain operations across the network.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in transport coordination or logistics management.
  • Proven understanding of transportation regulations and safe working practices.
  • Experience working with subcontractors and/or third-party logistics providers.
  • Background in fast-moving consumer goods or high-volume logistics environments.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning systems.
