  • Prepare and manage budgets for the financing and aftermarket departments.
  • Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Generate financial reports and provide insights into the performance of financing and aftermarket operations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their financing and aftermarket needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote financing options and after-market products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to integrate financing and aftermarket solutions into the sales process.
  • Provide feedback and support to improve individual and team performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with financing and aftermarket services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Maintain F&I training with our financiers.
  • Prepare financial documents and complete finance and insurance contracts, quotes, and policies.
  • Offer unique tailored financial solutions, end-to-end.
About You

The successful candidate will possess relevant experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in the Automotive industry, with a focus on MSI - Customer Satisfaction Index. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are also essential.

  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in the Automotive industry (3+ years desirable).
  • Strong focus on MSI - Customer Satisfaction Index.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Takes initiative and is able to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Consistently dependable and trustworthy.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
