Job Title: Hospitality Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to guest needs and desires promptly.
  • Coordinate the supervision of food service outlets as scheduled.
  • Ensure efficient inter-department communication within the establishment.
  • Maintain clean, organized departments.
  • Provide training for all team members.
  • Ensure department cleanliness.
  • Promote professional presentation among team members.
  • Participate in training planning and execution.
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures.
  • Manage reservations and cashiering systems accurately.
  • Protect equipment and prevent losses.
  • Assist other departments when required.
  • Attend scheduled meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by senior management.
  • Ensure area security and report incidents accurately.
