Job Opportunity

A prime chance to work with a leading construction contractor offering a unique blend of quality fit-outs, refurbishments and new builds.

The company is now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator to join their expanding operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and verifying subcontract packages
  • Negotiating and reviewing subcontract tenders
  • Developing and maintaining procurement schedules that align with project timelines
  • Creating accurate payment schedules
  • Processing progress/delay claims and external variations in accordance with contractual obligations and deadlines
  • Preparing and issuing draft progress reports for clients on a quarterly basis
  • Maintaining job files, drawing and contract registers, sample boards and shop drawing registers
  • Assisting in managing and tracking project expenditures against budget

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or a related field
  • Circa 4 to 12+ years' experience within the construction industry – a tier 1, 2 or 3 background would be ideal
  • Construction Safety Induction (White) card
  • Strong financial analysis and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
