About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Centre Manager to lead our team of educators in providing high-quality care and education to children.

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff supervision and coordination, program development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your focus will be on creating a safe and secure environment that fosters learning, growth, and development in our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing centre operations, including staff supervision and coordination
  • Developing and implementing programs that cater to the needs and interests of our children
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • SUPPORTING STAFF IN THEIR PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
Requirements:
  • Paid Working with Children Check
  • Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
  • CPR (HLTAID009)
  • Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk (CHCPRT025)
  • Experience in a similar role as a Responsible Person, Team Leader, Director and/or Senior Educator
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP)
