Leadership Role: Onboarding and Learning

This strategic position will drive the development of impactful onboarding and learning strategies across a customer-facing function. The successful candidate will design and deliver innovative learning experiences that align with industry trends and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding solutions aligned with strategic objectives
  • Create scalable frameworks to support job-ready capability across various career pathways
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing professional development
  • Ensure compliance with training standards and regulatory requirements through effective governance
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner across teams to align learning with broader workforce strategy and transformation goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies
  • Advanced capability in learning experience design, instructional techniques, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong consultative and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate change
  • Broad business acumen and understanding of customer service and industry dynamics
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools (desired)
  • Qualifications in Training & Assessment or Adult Education (desired)
