Job Summary

The Talent Attraction Specialist is a critical role that requires strategic thinking and exceptional interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with leaders to design and implement creative and effective recruitment solutions that align with our mission and values.
  • Lead Candidate Experience: Ensure that every interaction with candidates is seamless, supportive, and genuinely human from start to finish.
  • Deliver End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring it is timely, values-driven, and high impact.
  • Empower Leaders: Provide leaders with tools and training to recruit confidently and inclusively.
  • Uphold Our Code: Champion our Code of Conduct and lead by example in everything you do.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee the collection and verification of pre-employment and probity documentation, ensuring alignment with internal policies and relevant legislative or regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding practices.
  • Experience in high volume recruitment highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confident with HRIS and recruitment systems.
