Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent from diverse sources
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role
  • Candidate management, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
