As Manager, Onboarding Experience and Learning, you'll design and deliver impactful learning experiences that align with strategic priorities and industry trends. You'll lead the development of scalable frameworks and job-ready programs that support career pathways and foster a culture of continuous learning.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of onboarding and core learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities
• Develop scalable frameworks that support job-ready capability across career pathways
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing development
• Ensure governance and compliance with training standards and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Partner across teams to align learning with broader workforce strategy and transformation initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
• Business acumen and understanding of customer service and insurance industry dynamics
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools such as Lectora or Captivate (desired)
• Qualifications in Training & Assessment or Adult Learning (desired)
