Patient Support Representative

Seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Patient Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, providing support and resolving queries through various channels including email, SMS, live chat, and phone calls.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. As a Patient Support Coordinator, you will work closely with our clinical team to address and resolve patient issues, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to patient queries and concerns via email, SMS, and phone calls.

- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

- Patience and a positive, empathetic attitude towards patients.
- Experience in a mental health or healthcare-related role is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs and sensitivities of patients in these settings.
