Please note: At this time, we are unable to support remote work or candidates on Working Holiday Visas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient queries and concerns via email, SMS, and phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information and support to patients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work closely with our clinical team to address and resolve patient issues.
  • Advocate for patient needs and preferences, aligning with easykind's values.
  • Provide patients with a 5-star easykind experience by being detail-oriented, patient-focused, and transparent in expectation setting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Patience and a positive, empathetic attitude towards patients.
  • Experience in a mental health or healthcare-related role is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs and sensitivities of patients in these settings.

What We Offer:

An inclusive and supportive work culture (it's a pretty elite crew).
Competitive salary and genuine career growth opportunities.
    Ongoing professional development and learning.

At easykind, we believe diversity fuels innovation. We're committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone - regardless of background, identity, or experience - feels valued and empowered. We celebrate differences and strive to build a team that reflects the patients we serve. If you're passionate about compassionate care and are ready to join a forward-thinking team, we can't wait to meet you
