
Commercial Contract Strategist

The role of a Service Contracts Specialist plays a vital part in ensuring successful commercial outcomes. This position assists the sales team and interfaces between legal and commercial teams to help develop, structure, and finalise contracts for renewable energy assets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support negotiation, drafting, and review of service contracts and long-term service agreements (LTSAs)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across sales, legal, finance, and service delivery operations
- Assist with pricing structures, commercial risk assessments, and contract preparation
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and support contract handover to delivery teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of contract processes and templates
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in contract administration, contract management, commercial support, or legal roles
- Strong understanding of legal and contractual concepts
- Experience in the energy, renewables, utilities, or infrastructure sectors is highly preferred
- Proven exposure to service and operations and maintenance agreements/works for power or infrastructure assets
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills
- Degree in Law, Engineering, Business, or related field
