Job Overview

This role is responsible for the effective management of commercial and contractual obligations. The successful candidate will drive commercial performance, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with internal processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support stakeholders with contract and commercial obligations.
  • Oversight of financial performance, forecasting, budget management, and financial reporting.
  • Monitoring of suppliers/subcontractors to ensure agreements reflect prime contract requirements.

Requirements:
  • Senior commercial or contract management experience in a complex supply chain/logistics network.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Commerce, or Contract Management.
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for AGSVA Security Clearance.
  • Strong commercial acumen, contract interpretation, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
