About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Sheridan Birkenhead Outlet. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for driving a high-performing team that provides exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets
  • Drive a high-performing team that provides exceptional customer service
  • Coach your team through product knowledge and use your passion for selling to drive sales growth
  • Maintain store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
  • Previous experience in people management, coaching, and delivering feedback is ideal
