We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Service Manager at OM PACKAGING. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and ensuring the highest quality of service by receiving feedback from customers and collaborating with relevant professionals as needed.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge in strategic customer relationship management, with a proven track record of developing and reviewing customer relations policies, programs, and procedures. They will also be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing after-sales services, as well as continually improving these services.

The Customer Service Manager will work closely with other staff members within the organization to identify and respond to customer issues and expectations. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with established product and service quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and reviewing customer relations policies, programs, and procedures
  • Planning, implementing, and managing after-sales services
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborating with other staff members to identify and respond to customer issues and expectations
  • Ensuring compliance with established product and service quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and project a professional manner at all times
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
