Leadership Opportunity in NDIS Assisted Living

Momentum Collective is a not-for-profit community services organisation seeking an experienced leader to provide strategic direction and oversight for our NDIS Assisted Living Services in South East QLD.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in Community Services and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing best practice approaches, monitoring and reporting key performance indicators, and promoting social inclusion.

The role requires a qualification in Community Services or Leadership & Management, as well as significant experience in a similar role. A current unencumbered Driver's Licence, Working with Children Check NSW, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and Satisfactory Criminal Record Check are also essential.

The successful candidate will be passionate about empowering others and have a commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness.
