NDIS Service Coordinator

We have an exciting new opportunity for an NDIS Service Coordinator.

Amazing Procare aims to assist people with a disability to identify support that really matters most to them. As a registered service provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) we understand the NDIS and how to support our participants to achieve their goals.

We are seeking a full time dedicated and experienced NDIS Service Coordinator to join our team based in Nerang. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting participants to access and coordinate NDIS services, develop individualised support plans, and ensure services are delivered in line with participant goals. You will liaise with participants, families, and service providers, monitor progress, address concerns, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with NDIS standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, a thorough understanding of the NDIS framework, and a commitment to empowering participants to achieve their personal and social goals.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience within disability services or related services
  • Drivers Licence – C class, as well as your own registered vehicle
  • Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain
  • Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
