We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our team, supporting the Project Manager to deliver the scope of work on the internationally acclaimed Square Kilometre Array Observatory (SKAO) Project.

About the Project

The SKAO project is an international collaboration between 16 countries to build the world's largest radio telescopes. Ventia has been awarded a significant part of the contract and is leveraging its telecommunications capabilities to deliver the project.

About the Role

  • Coordinate key project activities and provide support to the Project Manager.
  • Oversee procurement coordination, shipping, and tracking.
  • Ensure accurate cost allocation and close out Compensation Events in a timely manner.
  • Arrange and coordinate project meetings and special functions.
  • Provide inputs for the Monthly Report.
  • Special assignments as required by the Project Director.
  • Assist with onboarding new starters.

About You

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills are essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills are necessary.
  • Experience in finance and administration is highly regarded.
