About the Role

The Program Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Commonwealth Psychosocial Support (CPS) program, guiding a team of Recovery Workers to deliver high-quality psychosocial support to individuals living with severe mental health conditions who are ineligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

This role requires a strong coordinator who will ensure program compliance, monitor service delivery, and support recovery-focused approaches in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations to meet CPS funding guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and risk management practices.
  • Support the tailored, recovery-focused psychosocial support provided to clients, including assessments, goal-setting, and individual recovery plans.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work culture among a dedicated team of Recovery Workers, providing coordination, mentorship, and operational support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community services, and external stakeholders, advocating for client needs and service improvement.
