Job Role:

The Venue Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage establishments. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage employees to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the venue
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve financial objectives
  • Lead by example and promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years experience in food and beverage management
  • OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; 2 years experience in food and beverage management
