Job Description
As Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee and elevate the experience across all dining outlets, including our signature Pastore restaurant, Altus Rooftop Bar and Lounge, in-room dining, and Conference & Events operations.
You will drive a culture of genuine luxury service, inspiring your team to deliver personalised, memorable experiences that delight every guest.
You will lead with precision, warmth, and attention to detail, fostering a supportive environment where the team can grow.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire the Food & Beverage team to deliver consistently exceptional luxury experiences.
Set the standard for service excellence, leading by example in all guest interactions.
Oversee operations across all food & beverage outlets, in-room dining, and conference & events services, ensuring seamless execution.
Maintain a calm and composed presence under pressure, guiding the team through busy periods with focus and efficiency.
Provide ongoing coaching, development, and feedback to empower individual and team growth.
Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and exceeding expectations with personalised service.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure integrated, high-quality operations.
Implement service standards, training programs, and operational processes that drive guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
Monitor departmental performance, ensuring smooth operations, quality control, and efficient resource management.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and rewarding work environment that retains and develops top talent.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
Passionate, inspiring leader with a track record of building engaged, high-performing teams.
Calm, confident, and composed presence under pressure.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with guests and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on leadership, driving operational excellence and service consistency.
Genuine passion for delivering a luxury guest experience with attention to detail and personalised touches.
