We are seeking an energised, proactive, creative and experienced
Food & Beverage Manager
to join our enthusiastic and growing Food & Beverage team
Position Summary:
Reporting to the
Director of Operations
, your main responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Manager will include:
Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department including financial management, administration, guest experience, strategy & compliance
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports for the department
Lead the food and beverage department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives
Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department
Prepare and conduct department training to enhance overall service quality through innovative and creative techniques
Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Marriott Hotel Core values
Required Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this position, you will have;
At least 2 years of food and beverage management experience, ideally in a hotel environment
Experience in leading a diverse team, from managing performance, to running training sessions, and roster management
You are passionate about guest experience and have proven results in driving for guest satisfaction
Available to work varied shifts as per business demand, from early mornings to late evenings, on weekends & public holidays
Must hold full working rights in Australia
