Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Food and Beverage industry is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to lead the team in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Maintaining high standards of menu knowledge, dietary requirements, and allergens awareness among team members.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of bar and restaurant areas are consistently maintained, adhering to set procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure menu quality and consistency are upheld.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability while maintaining product quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, health and hygiene standards, and company policies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Holding a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and familiarity with food safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences with a positive, customer-centric approach.
