Job Description
As Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee and elevate the experience across all dining outlets, including our signature Pastore restaurant, Altus Rooftop Bar and Lounge, in-room dining, and Conference & Events operations. You will drive a culture of genuine luxury service, inspiring your team to deliver personalised, memorable experiences that delight every guest. You will lead with precision, warmth, and attention to detail, fostering a supportive environment where the team can grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Food & Beverage team to deliver consistently exceptional luxury experiences.
  • Set the standard for service excellence, leading by example in all guest interactions.
  • Oversee operations across all food & beverage outlets, in-room dining, and conference & events services, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain a calm and composed presence under pressure, guiding the team through busy periods with focus and efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, development, and feedback to empower individual and team growth.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and exceeding expectations with personalised service.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure integrated, high-quality operations.
  • Implement service standards, training programs, and operational processes that drive guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Monitor departmental performance, ensuring smooth operations, quality control, and efficient resource management.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and rewarding work environment that retains and develops top talent.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Passionate, inspiring leader with a track record of building engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Calm, confident, and composed presence under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on leadership, driving operational excellence and service consistency.
  • Genuine passion for delivering a luxury guest experience with attention to detail and personalised touches.
