About the Role

To support the efficient management of asset information and project documentation, we are seeking a skilled Document Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation, facilitating collaboration among project teams, and promoting streamlined document management practices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Verify documentation numbering, revision, status, format, and title to ensure consistency and adherence to established procedures.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Gather information from project teams, promote new approaches for asset management systems, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure documents meet required attributes, including consistency with Functional Location Codes.
  • Supplier Management: Administer OEM suppliers' documentation to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
  • System Administration: Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) settings, including user additions, folder structures, permissions, and workflow configurations.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in document control. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Certified Document Controller certification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
