- Proactively research and utilize industry and customer networks to enhance and share knowledge of regulatory requirements and their impacts on the market, industry, customers, and the Group.
- Develop and maintain internal and external referral sources, effectively asking for business and coaching others in how to ask for business through deeper and proactive customer and business partner relationships.
- Show advanced application of the Group's risk framework to attract and retain customers, effectively questioning risk situations, and encouraging a speak-up culture.
- Track record of delivering excellent customer service through a proven ability to establish and maintain effective and rewarding relationships.
- World-class customer pipeline management skills.
- Prior proven experience within a lending/sales environment.
- Knowledge of retail lending with the ability to identify and anticipate customers' financial needs.
- Demonstrated understanding of Home Lending products and the current national home lending legislation.
- Ability to coach and upskill peers.
- Advanced business and market acumen.
