As a Home Lending Executive at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, you will be a renowned expert in lending, dedicated to making our customers' lives easier. Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building, or renovating, you will deliver the right solutions at the right time. You will manage the unique and complex needs of your customers, providing them with a seamless banking experience anywhere, anytime.

You will be part of our Mobile Lending Team, working remotely and meeting customers at a time and place that is convenient to them. Using industry-leading technology, our team provides customers with a seamless banking experience anywhere, anytime.

You are:

  • Looking for a relationship-based opportunity to build your own brand in the community. You will be required to travel frequently to meet your customers and use your solid understanding of our products, processes, and policies to proactively identify your customers' financial needs.
  • You will have proof of your strong presence in the local community, building a credible personal brand with your customer base and a strong and active referral partner network.
  • As a mobile banker, you will be a stickler for detail, ensuring applications are compliant and all checks have been done.
  • The service you provide will be exceptional, giving you the confidence to ask for external referrals from your existing satisfied customers.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in residential lending.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining rewarding relationships.
  • Existing knowledge of Home Lending products and the current responsible lending legislation.
  • A strong ability to identify and anticipate customers' financial needs.
  • The ability to see the big picture for customers and provide them with holistic solutions.
  • Established networks and a passion for business development.
  • The capacity to flourish in a fast-paced lending environment.
  • High regard for attention to detail and pride themselves on high performance and the best outcomes for customers.
