**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
As the Workplace Experience Officer, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and delivering the day-to-day office management activities and associated administrative functions.

You will:

- Support the day-to-day management of the workplace and associated facilities.
- Ensure adequate cleanliness, presentation and safety of the office.
- Coordinate routine and ad-hoc maintenance activities with vendors.
- Manage internal and external mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies, including ordering and distributing.
- Support events and functions, including organising venues, catering, invitations, and providing hands-on assistance.
- Coordinate the archiving and retrieval of records, ensuring accurate logs are kept and records are secure and accessible.
- Assist with general administrative duties across the organisation.
- Welcome and engage with our people and visitors, providing a positive and enjoyable workplace experience.

- Experience in a similar role supporting day-to-day office operations and associated administrative duties.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build instant rapport and foster positive relationships.
- Customer service mindset and ability to use your initiative to problem solve.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to contribute in a supporting role and go above and beyond.
