Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key sellers to establish Woolworths Group as the go-to destination for market-leading deals.
- Establish ongoing and long-term high-performance promotional plans with strategic partners to drive revenue growth and secure exposure.
- Analyse market trends, customer data, and competitive pricing to inform commercial planning decisions and seller proposals.
- Manage pricing changes, including promotional offers and discounts, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Analyse product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketplace or e-commerce environment dealing with suppliers and sellers.
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a structured way of working.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines.
