As a seasoned export sea freight professional, you will oversee the entire end-to-end export process. This role demands expertise in high-level customer service, thorough compliance with local and international regulations, and meticulous documentation.

About the Role:
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their export shipments, ensuring timely communication at every stage.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Guarantee adherence to all regulatory requirements throughout the export process.
  • Shipping Documentation: Prepare, review, and complete shipping documents with accuracy and attention to detail, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Dangerous Goods Certificates.
  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments, providing clients with updates and resolving any issues that arise during transit.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, queries, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • International Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with overseas agents, suppliers, and consignees to ensure smooth and efficient shipments.
  • Cargo Coordination: Organize and coordinate the transport of goods for Less-than-Container Load (LCL), Full Container Load (FCL), and Freight All Kinds (FAK) shipments.
  • Invoicing: Manage and process invoicing for shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion for both clients and internal records.
About You:
  • Proven experience in managing export sea freight operations, with a solid understanding of the logistical and regulatory landscape.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Demonstrate comfort working independently and collaboratively, effectively managing responsibilities while supporting team goals.
  • Documentation Expertise: Possess experience in preparing, processing, and completing various shipping documents with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
