Job Title: Export Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Manager to lead our Air Freight team in Brisbane.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations within the Air Freight team, ensuring seamless logistics and timely delivery of shipments.
  • Prioritise cost minimisation and revenue maximisation on every shipment, driving business growth through efficient processes.
  • Maintain high operational standards, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and country targets.
  • Monitor and improve operational performance, identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, resolving operational issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimise service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, global policies, and relevant regulations, maintaining a high level of supplier performance.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
